I WANT TO BE BADDDDDDDDDD !! BADLY !!:(

hah.. …!!!! after a self realization of myslef for 25 years…i hav come to a conculsion.! My Image till now has always been Considered as a gud boy !! wether in School or in college or in my training days.. or in my project.. not because of my hard work or dedication..but due to because of my nature or way of speaking to people..!!they say I am very polite..and soft spoken..To be Frank it is true as well… I hardly had any fights in School or in College other than That with my siblings and cousins over some superiority… even during Colony cricket competitions .. whenever some used to appeal over my wicket… before the LOCAL umpire should say anything I was back to the pavilion..and at The time of my bowling if I had to Appeal regarding some one As OUT… and if he said “ oye I Am not out .. “ My response was “ ok ok … don’t fight and “ our friend ship is superior than anything etc Crap “ and than continued to play…

 I was among that group in college whose Aim was To Study and Achieve gud percentage marks and than finally get Selected in one of the Prestigious company .. though it doesn’t mena that we never had fun in our college life..and whenever the time permitted .. we used to go to movies , discos and BIRD WATCHING (I hope u get the point  ) at the destined Areas of my city after bunking the classes. But the real Aim was never forgotten.. ..Many A times in College I Was approached by ppl from opposite Sex as the ONLY TRUSTED BOY in case of any information they needed reg college Attendance .. what happened in lecture…the Respective notes etc etc.. …

These are some trifle examples showing my NON- ENJOYING ATTITUDE of my life … (as Stated By others ). Many a times I felt the Regret that why I am so gud.. :’( as the Person who never attended the college and did double dancing @ disco than me..Is also doing the similar job… the Person who did a bird watching Triple than me is now a discovery channel Expert ( I hope I got The meaning )… .. and the ppl for whom I was a TRUSTED Resource .. now TRUST some one other… . but I don’t have any malice for them…

 few days back I Was watching some Hollywood movies… in which there is a Super actioned packed Hero.. there is a super hot heroine.. and there is A Villain….. I watched them just for fun..but..some where deep in my heart I was very much inspired by the JOHN TRAVOLTA , HEATH LEDGER and other actors who played the negative roles…I felt a sudden urge of my BAD BOY who has been Sleeping in my mind somewhere…to wake up and to Be like them… I thought …let me be a bad boy.. I filtered out the qualities of a BAD person.. like ..care free attitude..willingly talking harsh… Trying desperately to think on the concept of ME FIRST .. OTHER LATER.. ..here is what I faced..
- I tried at a care less attitude…but when the Dealines for my work.. (not only Professional .. bt personal ) like getting the bill paid.. and search for a Flat for Friend…. I automatically did every thg at the right time.
-  When I WILLINGLY tried talking harshly… the person face turned Blank.. “ as sanket .. how can sanket talk like this ??? “ I couldn’t bear the ASTONISHED look.. on their faces… ( as I was prepared for The ROUGH AND TOUGH FIGHT LOOK ) .. said Sorry and some fillers like..my mood is out etc etc.. and Came back.. !!
-when I TRIED for ME FIRST Concept…. And Saw that other person behind me is waiting for me..I Automatically gave my Seat in bus.. / token list @ cafeteria… / position in queue.. automatically to him.. ahh.. I Failed At this time..

I Was just wondering that though I liked the characters of these Super Legend Villains.. my situation is smwhat like MUNNA bhai’s JIMMY SHERGIL .. who did nothing bad in his life..just like me..buit bechara got the troubleosm suffer… . Now I don’t have any Munna bhai in my life.. I am + ive no one will come ..but was just wondering.. in future.. WILL I EVER BE a BAD BOY !!! ??????? and if I fail….in that case will I be in SYNC with the CUT THROAT world…???? expecting some solution from you all .. in My confused life..

JOBLESS JEEVAN !!!

Jeevan kumar (a.k.a  J.K.  ) is a fictional character who is EXTREMMLY innocent  as comapred To his other Corporate buddies ,as he know nothing about the politics prevailing in corporate . These days he is LAID off from his company whom he served for more than 5 yearsafter a campus Recruit . in spite of his hard efforts also he is unable to find a job After 5 months. After A Series of 11 unsuccessful attempts of  interviews , Even his wife has also left him and have taken their kids to her maternal home stating that she has provided enough  consolidation and support for him for these  3 months ..
he has a  lot of EMIs to pay but with no money he is constantly getting threatening  call from bank agents. he was earlier popular among his friends as JK47  due to his speed on deliverables an productivity  (some what  on the terms of AK 47 )  his friends knwoing his conditions have shown enough symapthy to him ( and just Symapthy , but no financing ) . he is now more popular among his friends as “JOBLESS JEEVAN “ ( JJ ).

After 5 full months and 11 unsuccessful Attempts our JJ sahib is back to an interview panel on a  ratio of 2:1 let us have an excerpt of their interview.

I/VWER : Welcome mr JK , please have aseat , and tell us something About yourself.
JJ :Ii Am Mr JK with 5 yrs Of Exp and before getting Laid  off  I was Working for XYZ company

I/VWER2 : hold on , hold on, u said that u Were LAID OFF !! why so ??
JJ : I Would say sir that is was my fault , May be a I Was unable to to do up to the expectation.
As I all my friends got an appreciation Letter , rewards , and incentives ,but not me.
I/VW2 : so u never EVER got A Certificate in your life stating your appreciation ??
JJ : yeah Sir, neither I got it , Nor I want to get it  like my other buddies who went in to BOSS cabin and threatened him to Leave the company or asking for a release ..
I/VW1 : so all your buddies who threatened your boss in such  away got a letter !! an u didn’t ?? why u never tried that Approach ??
JJ : sir hw can I ???  .. boss is already so much in tension..to handle so many people , to handle so many request , client shouting  at him, poor fellow.
I/VW 2 : so you have a soft corner for your boss rit !! but still he didn’t tried to save your job before u were laid off ??
JJ : no sir… it is not like that.. he would have tried for full efforts as when I was getting th pink slip (PS )he said that presently it is out of his hands so better to Accept it  in order to avoid  any further TERMIANTION TYPE of PROCESS { J } .. see he is so caring nature..  in fact he promised me also that even after getting the pink slip he will surely try to pull me back..and..
IVW1 : so do you get a call from him now ??
JJ: no sir .. I think he might be busy with the project.. in fact I tried to call him as well but he said that  AT PRESENT he does not have any opportunities for me.. but SURELY I am in his mind and will be his first choice if any req comes.. but looking at the present scenarios even a company is unable to help..
IVW2 : so means this is company’s fault ??
JJ: no sire… it is actually the circumstances of global market that is hand cuffing company to explore the areas .
IVW1 : so u never Tried for any back up plans that time ??? like searching for a new job / alternative ??
JJ : sir ..hw can I ??? even think to leave a company .. who has given me a bread and butter when I was just a graduate from college ?? see sir.. Actually the relation between employer and a employee is like A Family..they are like… like Family members !!!   at the time of difficult situation like this ..!! a member should  support his family.. I did the same. and thought that whatever happens I should never leave the company.
( By this time Mr. JJ is extremely emotional and i/vwers think that if they don’t change the discussion topic ..Mr JJ will start crying.. which they have not seen even if they have REJECTED the Candidate in their previous EXP.)

IVW 2 : hmm.. ok so what about your family ?? who all are there.??
JJ : wel in my family I have my wife and  my 2 twin kids..
IVW1 : so whr r they rit now?? Is your wife a working woman??
JJ : no sir , she is at her home ( mayka ) along with my kids.. the same employer and employee theory I told to my wife .. and she started shouting at me..later it turned into some mis-communications and she left me ..!!
I/VW1 : ohh. I am Sorry for that..Anyways what about your  friends ?? Aren’t they floating your resumes  in their companies ??
JJ : they tried sir but all in vein.. !! May be their relatives who are lesser experienced than mine.. but more knowledgeable stuff than me have started getting the job.
I/VW1  : hw  come.. ???
JJ : sir Actually talent doesn’t rely on people ‘s exp.. it is totally dependent on a person’s ability to learn.
I/VW2 : So you don’t have any talent in you rit ?? is this u want t o say..
JJ ; Sir hw could I .. ??? in fact after working in office for close to 10 – 12 hours a day and on weekends..also..!! I hardly got a time to enhance my skills.. !!
I/VW1 : oh is it ?? why your work load was so much..?? that you had to come on sat / sun ??
JJ : no no sir.. Company has a moderate work load .. it will never ever burden a person un-necessarily..
the only thing is that all my team mates used to go to their home  towns and few ppl from localite used to stya with their family !!
I/VW2 : and what about you ?? u never  have to go  to your family ??
JJ : sir .. Actually I am already out of my home town.. so any how I won’t be meeting my family until I take a vacation..:) so I thought why don’t the person who has such  a chance … let him / her enjoy his / her weekend..

IVW1 : hmm oh I see.. so for the SAKE of your COLLEGUES .. who ACCORDING TO YOU are like our FAMILY  !! u used to work on WEEKENDS .. (  thinks in the mind : What a Crap fellow  he is )
JJ ( Proudly ) : YES SIR !!! ( and a beaming smile comes to his face  J  ) .. and u know sir.. What confusion did my boss had to face because of this once?? he thought that I am in –efficient and that is why all my colleagues enjoy on weekends and I have to come to office.. hahahahah .. Can u believe that.. ?? hahaha J
at that time he even said that ki if you work like this I Will fire you out the first chance I get.. !!
I/VW2 : oh.. so u didn’t tell them the truth.. ??
JJ : sir !! How can I ?? If I would have told them the truth..some one else’s job would have been threatened by me.. this thing I didn’t want to happen ..so I kept quite.. just said.. “ I Am sorry , it won’t happen in future.. “ !! and handled the situation..myself.. !!

I/VW 1 &  I/VW2 now realize the actual cause of his lay off !!! so in order to end the i/vw they  ask him few final questions ..:

I/VW1  : hmm So for your colleagues for whom u took such a risk and handled the situation.. !!what was their  reaction to when you got the pink slip and they came to realize that you won’t be sitting  next to them from next day onwards..???
JJ : sir , they were very much worried about me sir.. .. they  fully consolidated me for  10 min.. Asked me what happened and what did u talk to your boss ?? On what criteria  you got a PS.. etc etc..Chekced that criteria for their names.. so that they can join me for a job hunt.. (like a friend in need is a friend indeed )..when they checked that they were not fitting the criteria , they consoled me again and since they were feeling a bit uncomfortable due to my situation.. they went to cafeteria to take a break.. !! they started chatting on their mobile phones that JK is laid off. JK is laid off.. I am sure they would have been finding a job arrangement for me.. thru their contacts !! u know they even said that in case I need any help .. I can always contact them..!! ) can u believe that.. In todays’ world can u find such a gud pair of friends?? {He beams again with a smile}

I/VW2 : no ..no not At all .. in fact  I TOO have NEVER EVER SEEN such collogues in my experience.
so how are your associates now ?? do u chat with them on  a regular basis ..
JJ: yeah yeah sir.. definitely.. in fact since they were busy with their work loads..they couldn’t call me.
but I called them just 4- 5 days back …. They were talking to me . but suddenly an urgent issue came to them , so I handed up the phone and said that he will cal me back.. err. I guess the issue is not yet solved so that might be the reason  he hasn’t called me yet.. !! But he will call very soon !! he is my best friend in company .. ( beams again )

 

( I/VW1 & iVW2   by this time have now realized HIS MISTAKE  and for them a person like JJ will be a threat to their company)

I/VW1 & iVW2 : hm I see. .. so ok Mr. JK .. We are done with you.. we will get back to you very soon..!!Thank you !!
JJ : thank you sir .. ( and he leaves ) !!

 

5  days are over and Mr JJ is still waiting for the call  from the company.. .. he has told the situation to his wife .. And the wife has again started teasing him regarding to find a job etc.. what a waste person , I am married to etc etc..
this has made Mr. JJ to apply on internet for a 13^th attempt.. we wish that 13^th which is considered  to be unlucky for some …turns up lucky for him !!!!
